Terms of Service

By placing an order on customtreats.shop,
you agree to the following Terms of Service. 

Please read them carefully before making a
purchase.

1. Processing & Production

- All items are handmade and made-to-order.

- Processing time begins after the design
mockup is approved (for custom items).

- For non-custom items, production may
begin on the same day the order is placed or the next business day.

- Estimated production time: 2–5 business
days, depending on the product type.

- Orders cannot be canceled once production
has started.

2. Shipping & Delivery

- All shipping timeframes are estimates provided
by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

- Delivery speed applies after the order
has been shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

- We are not responsible for delays caused
by USPS, UPS, or any other shipping carrier.

- Free Standard Shipping applies to U.S.
orders over $150 (continental states only).

- Two-Day, Express, UPS, and international
services are not eligible for free shipping.

- Customers are responsible for providing
the correct shipping address. 

 
Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced
for free.

3. Returns & Replacements

- Due to the handmade and edible nature of
our products, returns are not accepted.

- Replacements or refunds are offered only
for damaged or defective items, according to our Refund Policy.

- Custom-made products are final sale and
cannot be returned or exchanged.

- For lost packages, we offer one free
replacement shipment with Standard Shipping (see Refund Policy for details).

4. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, the customer agrees
to:

 

- Provide correct and complete delivery
information.

- Review order details before submitting
payment.

- Inspect the package upon delivery. 

  If
damage is present, notify us within 24–48 hours with photo or video evidence.

- Understand that edible products are
sensitive to heat and humidity and must be stored as instructed.

 

5. Product Variations

 

Due to the handmade nature of our items,
normal variations may occur, including:

 

- minor color differences (especially on
wafer paper)

- small air bubbles in isomalt

- slight surface imperfections

 

These are not considered defects.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

- All designs, images, artwork, product photos,
and website content are the property of **Lollipops by Helen** and may not be
copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

7. Liability

 

- Once the package has been handed over to
USPS or UPS, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

- We are not liable for delays, loss, or
damage caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the
customer.

- We are not liable for allergic reactions;
all ingredients and materials are disclosed upon request.

- We do not guarantee that colors,
textures, or printed images will appear exactly as displayed on-screen due to
device and material variations.

 

8. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse
Service

 

We reserve the right to:

 

- refuse or cancel an order if fraud is
suspected 

- limit quantities 

- refuse service to any customer who
violates our policies 

 

If an order is canceled before production
begins, a full refund will be issued.

 

9. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms of Service at any
time. 

Updates take effect immediately upon
posting on this page. 

By continuing to use our website, you agree
to the updated terms.
