Free Shipping & Regions
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150
applies to the 48 continental US states.
Shipping to the following regions is
calculated individually at checkout:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Guam
• Northern Mariana Islands
For large or wholesale orders, customized
shipping options may be available.

International Shipping
• International orders are shipped via
UPS.
• Shipping cost is calculated automatically
at checkout.
• Free international shipping is not
available.
• Customs fees, duties, and taxes (if
applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available by prior
arrangement.
Pickup locations:
• Production studio
• Partner pickup point
Select Local Pickup at checkout and wait
for a confirmation email before arriving.
Processing Time
Processing time begins after the design
mockup is approved for custom items.
For ready-made designs, production begins
as soon as the order is placed.
Edible Prints
• 1–3 business days
• Two-Day and Express orders receive
priority processing: 1–2 business days
Lollipops
• 2–5 business days
• Two-Day and Express orders receive
priority processing: 1–3 business days
Please note: processing times may be longer
during holidays or high-demand periods.
Packaging
We package every order with care:
• products are secured inside the box
• protective materials are used
• edible prints are packed flat to prevent
bending
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a
tracking number by email.
All delivery updates are provided directly
by the carrier (USPS or UPS).
Shipping Responsibility
Once the package has been transferred to
UPS or USPS, the carrier is responsible for transit delays, loss, or damage.
However, we are always happy to assist you
with filing a claim and providing any necessary documentation.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped
to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If a package is returned or lost due to an
address error, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
